Boulder Bookstore Patrons Enjoy Church's Chowder

On Thursday, February 7, Boulder Bookstore patrons enjoyed an evening of sampling soup and learning about the Ski Town Soups journey.  Some heavy-hitters were in attendance: the social media guru and freelance writer from Edible Front Range magazine, a publishing house representative, Jeremy Kossler, Founder of Food Events in Denver, and also Kelly Kossler, who, along with Jeremy, co-founded Denver Burger Battle.


While I spoke about how the Ski Town Soups cookbook came to fruition, Chef Clark Church (pictured above), the executive chef at Pinery Country Club, delighted guests with his 3-peat award-winning Church's Chowder.
